2009-2010 Parent/Student Agreement

• Complete one (1) Registration form for each teacher.  Mail the completed registration form directly to the teacher (or designated person) with a check for one month's tuition.  These checks will not be cashed before July 1. 

• Complete a Parent/Student Agreement form for each family enrolled in any class and mail to Debbie Gott, 9614 Dornoch Dr., Spring, Tx 77379. 

• After July 1, 2009 there will be no refunds.  Late cancellations cause hardships for teachers and prevent other students from taking classes.
